Job Description

• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance product reliability.
• Monitor production processes and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality-related concerns.

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have :
