Lab Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to manage case dispatching and communication in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and control the dispatching and completion of laboratory cases according to established policies

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely case processing and excellent customer service

Document issues and conduct follow-ups to ensure all assignments are completed efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred experience in dispatching; knowledge of medical terminology is helpful

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in operating communication devices like Nextel / Blackberry

Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently
