Job description

Homecare Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Manager to oversee our homecare services in Montgomery, AL. The Homecare Manager will be responsible for managing a team of homecare providers, coordinating client care plans, and ensuring the highest level of quality and compassionate care for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, hire, and train homecare providers
  • Develop and implement client care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Manage scheduling and assignments for homecare providers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in homecare management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
