A company is looking for an Internal Enablement Manager to develop and manage internal training resources and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal enablement resources, including product demonstrations and training modules
Build and manage an internal enablement platform in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams
Design and deliver engaging training experiences to support team onboarding and ongoing product mastery
Required Qualifications
7+ years of K-12 education experience, including curriculum and instruction
3-5 years of experience in edtech enablement, product training, or internal team support
Strong understanding of K-12 curriculum implementation and educational technology
Master's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in education or instructional technology
Ability to occasionally travel for team workshops and trainings (less than 20%)
