Live Performance Operations Specialist

Entertainment Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Entertainment Support Technician to provide hands-on support for live shows, events, and daily operations across all entertainment venues.

Operate, set up, and strike entertainment technical equipment (audio, lighting, automation, show control, props, special effects) for shows, events, and daily activities as needed.

Partner with onboard Technical Crew to perform preventative maintenance on entertainment systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.

Work closely with Senior Technicians, Show Control, Audio, Lighting, and Props teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain various types of technical equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Assist in the setup and operation of audio-visual systems, lighting rigs, and other technical equipment for events and performances.

Collaborate with production staff to implement new ideas and innovate current processes.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of audio, video, and lighting technologies.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work at heights and lift heavy equipment.
