Project Accountant Opportunity
Kimley-Horn, one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For," is looking for a Project Accountant to join our Columbus, Ohio office! This is an in-office position on our dynamic regional accounting team at 7965 North High Street, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio (OH) 43235. This Project Accountant role aligns with our regional growth and is a great opportunity to be part of our exciting Midwest accounting team expansion!
Responsibilities :
- Monthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognition
- Work with Project Managers in a variety of disciplines
- Meeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis
- Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS system
- Prepare invoices and complete monthly billing
- Contract management and review
- Coordinate and pursue receivables
- Monthly travel to other offices within the region
