Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties. This individual will be responsible for maximizing financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining full compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical ability with hands‑on property oversight experience and a passion for mission‑driven real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial, operational, and compliance performance of multiple affordable housing properties.
• Conduct regular property reviews and site visits to assess operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property management teams to resolve performance issues and implement improvement strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators, occupancy levels, and operating budgets to ensure alignment with goals.
• Analyze operating statements, cash flow reports, and budget variances; recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes.
• Prepare and present financial and operational performance reports to senior leadership and investors.
• Oversee asset‑level financial compliance with loan covenants, investor agreements, and regulatory standards.
