Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to established protocols. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based nursing practices. Support unit-based goals, quality standards, and shared governance initiatives. Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Active or temporary RN license in Pennsylvania (eligible candidates may work under a temporary practice permit until NCLEX completion). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
