Position Summary :
Designer 4 will continue to expand their knowledge of current and new software, along with plans to complete their project more efficiently and accurately. The designer will be assigned projects that will be responsible for design and managing from bid / conception to estimating and completion in the field. All projects will be reviewed and redlined for the designer to revise before proceeding with creating production paperwork. They will need to be available to answer questions and handle any situation from either the shop or field. In addition, they will be available to answer questions and assist other designers with their projects. They may be called upon to teach Designer level 1, 2 and 3 new areas of design. They will assume a leadership role by helping with reviewing level 1, 2 & 3 designer projects. They will be mentoring the other designers and providing constructive advice on work-related issues. Requires a strong belief in the mission and goals of the company and the capability to work in a team environment.
