Real Estate Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a licensed senior appraiser to access databases and produce appraisal reports

Manage a caseload, conducting research, compiling data, and performing market surveys

Engage in both desk and field work to build knowledge in real estate finance and market analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline

1-3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred

Strong quantitative skills with experience in real estate valuation models

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Experience with Argus Enterprise and web-based mapping tools is a plus
