Job Opening : IDC Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Position : IDC Infrastructure Operations Engineer (Electrical / HVAC / Low Voltage)

Number of Openings : 2 (1 in East Coast - VA, 1 in West Coast - CA)

We are looking for a skilled

IDC Infrastructure Operations Engineer

to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of data center infrastructure in

Virginia (VA) and California (CA)

. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Electrical / HVAC / Low Voltage System Operations

: Conduct daily operations, execute routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stable operation.

Infrastructure Management

: Oversee data center security, risk management, capacity planning, availability management, and cost optimization to enhance operational efficiency.

Team Training

: Provide training and guidance to frontline staff to improve overall team skills.

System Optimization & Upgrades

: Support and execute on-site optimization and upgrade projects to improve infrastructure performance.

Emergency Response

: Quickly respond to urgent incidents as required, ensuring availability and stability of IDC infrastructure during critical periods.

Other Duties

: Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.

At least

2 years of experience in IDC infrastructure operations

with expertise in Electrical, HVAC, or Low Voltage systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of independent fault diagnosis and resolution.

Familiarity with IDC infrastructure management, risk assessment, and optimization processes.

Highly responsible, with excellent teamwork and stress management abilities.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred

to facilitate communication and technical documentation.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
