Job descriptionAssist in the smooth operation of the back of house functions Set up the prep area and all equipment needed to prep vegetables for make table Accurately prep all vegetables for the make table, making Check the Pull / Thaw Chart and rotate foods out of the Check Make Table Prep Chart and ready the make table Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and company policies Ensure food is cut and prepared according to standards Maintain a clean and organized workstation Help out in other areas of the restaurant when needed Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment Sense of urgency to deliver exceptional service to our guests Must be 16 years old or older Reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to stand for periods of up to 8 hours Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
