The Role
The Cafe Associate is responsible for preparing and cooking food items that result in high quality of taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues both in the café and for catered/special events. They also help run Front of House run smoothly with bussing, tidiness and ocassional bar backing.

Qualifications
• 1 year+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment.• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and managers.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
This is a small and tight team- team work and punctuality is key to success.
