Job Type : Temp to Hire

Pay : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Our client is a small, friendly, and fast-moving team seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to be the backbone of their office operations. In this crucial role, you will be the go-to person in their East Hanover office, managing day-to-day activities while the executive team is in the field. Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance :

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter and reconcile journal entries in the accounting system.
  • Process, track, and file invoices, pay stubs, and outgoing checks.
  • Compile and input sales data from multiple locations.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.

Office Management :

  • Serve as the main point of contact in the office, handling internal and external communication.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct messages appropriately.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Support executives with various administrative needs and special projects as they arise.
  • Qualifications

    Basic experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support role.

    Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    A self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

    Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Compensation & Benefits :
