Job descriptionSign on bonus : $105,000 Relocation : $10k PTO Malpractice with tail coverage Comprehensive Health / Dental / Vision Insurance Retirement Plan : 401k with 6% match, eligible after year one Since 2002, this Community Health Center has served as a viral resource for the medically underserved in Northern NE Experienced growth in patient numbers since 2018 Newly renovated as of 2021 3 pre-operative bays; 2 post-operative bays Large central nurses’ station; Large staff breakroom 1 minor procedure room, which also houses the Lens-x laser 1 OR includes two separate beds for Ophthalmology Changing rooms separate for MDs and Nurses Shell space for supplies / sterilization, and still potential to add another OR Equipment Clinic volume in Columbus – 40-45 patients per clinic day. Board Certified / Board Eligible / MD / DO Ophthalmologist No experience needed

- Base Salary : $475,000
