You will be the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator for the Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for driving hardware logistics that enable the rapid and reliable delivery of missile components across multiple Lockheed Martin facilities.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Production Operations Hardware Coordinator you will be responsible for orchestrating hardware flow from work unit to work unit, removing roadblocks, and ensuring on-time delivery to support the PrSM production ramp.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Coordinate hardware requirements across multiple sites and resolve supply-chain impediments.
• Lead hardware-need discussions, set priorities, and track progress with site teams.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing data to improve performance predictability.
• Drive safe and efficient completion of hardware tasks for the PrSM program.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to align production schedules.
