Locums Invasive Cardiology Physician

We are seeking a BoardCertified or Board Eligible Invasive Cardiology Physician for a locum tenensopportunity in Alpena, Michigan. This role offers a mix of clinic, hospitalrounding, procedures, and call coverage in a supportive, team-basedenvironment.

Position Details : Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, plus call

Call Schedule :

1 : 2 call expectation

Practice Setting :

Outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital coverage

Duties :

New and established patient visits

Inpatient rounding

Imaging and testing interpretation

Procedures based on experience,including :

Diagnostic caths (optional, notrequired)

Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)

Cardioversions

Loop implant / explant

EMR :

EPIC withDragon dictation

Daily Workflow :

Balanced mix of clinic, rounding, and procedural time

Requirements :

Active Michigan medical license

Board Certified / Board Eligible inCardiology

ACLS and BLS certifications

Diagnostic catheter skills preferred butnot required
