Position : Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Description
As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving operations excellence across our distribution centers. Your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and optimizing networks, driving advanced automation systems, labor management programs, and continuous improvement projects. You will leverage your expertise in Industrial Engineering to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality within our operations.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and operations, you will lead projects that streamline processes, reduce costs, and elevate our distribution capabilities. Your ability to analyze complex data, develop innovative solutions, and manage large-scale projects will be critical to our success in meeting evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Background in data science or industrial engineering.
- Experience with supply chain modeling.
- Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, SQL, and Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network optimization modeling within a distribution, supply chain, or logistics environment.
- 5+ years in Supply Chain Network optimization tools such as Optilogic, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru, JDA Strategist, and Gurobi / FICO / AIMMS. Able to demonstrate ability in Manufacturing, Inventory / Service modeling, and Distribution or Transportation.
- 8+ years in SQL and ETL tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau (Prep), and analytics applications or software product development / management cycle.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
Strong background in manufacturing and inventory modeling.Ability to handle modeling problems.Experience working closely with a data analytics team.Master's degree preferred, industrial engineering methodologies.Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Distribution operations, 4Wall Automation Technologies, Labor Management Systems, facility design using CAD.Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative engineering solutions to drive improvements.Communication and Leadership : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence decision-making. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects.
