Project Manager – Data Center Construction

About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead data center construction projects. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with responsibility for overseeing schedules, subcontractors, and day-to-day project delivery. Industry-specific training will be provided for fire suppression and specialty systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources across assigned projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards on-site.
• Travel regularly to project sites in Louisiana or Texas.

5–10 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction (preferred, not required). Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor management, and site operations. Data center construction experience is a plus, but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to project locations. Must live within driving distance of Suwanee, Georgia or Cincinnati, Ohio.
