Job descriptionWe have 13 pay increments on our clinical pay scales to compensate successful candidate for 30 years of relevant experience $64.36 - $91.76 / hour Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Must hold current California Physical Therapy License. Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA. Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE). Compliant with state regulatory requirements. One (1+) year in acute, swingbed / skilled nursing and / or outpatient settings. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Compassionate and attentive to detail. Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices. Ability to solve problems independently or know when to rely on others. Excellent analytical and logical thinking. Ability to manage patients with different personalities and diagnosis. Ability to write timely and accurate reports and correspondence at a professional level within the standards of the department. Ability to use a computer and software proficiently. Drive to continually learn new treatment techniques. Timely and punctual in all aspects, responsibilities. Ability to multi-task responsibilities Assist the physician in evaluating patients by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests. Treats patients to relieve pain and / or develop or restore function to maintain maximum performance. Records and reports to the physician the patients reaction to treatment and / or any changes in the patient's condition. Educates patients and their families in the use of prosthetic, orthotic, and assistive devices (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) Attends rehabilitation center staff meetings and in-service presentations Excellent Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, and Vision Plans Paid days for continuing education, bereavement, and jury duty Retirement Plans with 3% company contribution Voluntary Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Considerable Paid Time Off And more! Our program is operational from 7 : 45am to 5 : 15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years. After submitting your application, our Child Care Director will get in touch with you about your acceptance into the program. Once approved, we will start the enrollment process. Nature and Scope
The Physical Therapist is a qualified person who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides Physical Therapy services to patients in the acute, swing, skilled nursing and outpatient settings as prescribed and ordered by the attending physician.

- We are located 2077 E. Main Street Quincy, CA 95971 and 127 Crescent St C, Greenville, CA 95947.
- You may be asked to travel between both offices.
