Job Title : 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Location : Leeds, AL

Pay : $45,000+ DOE (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production operations, training team members, and delegating tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and support production staff to ensure daily production goals are met.

Train new employees and provide ongoing development for the team.

Delegate tasks efficiently and monitor workflow to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment.

Quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Quick learner with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
