About Us :   At Bachus & Schanker we’re dedicated to providing unparalleled legal representation to individuals in need.  Our contact center serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance.  Whether they reach out via phone or through our website contact form, our team is responsible for delivering an exceptional first impression and conducting initial case reviews, securing initial retainers and setting follow up meetings with firm investigators and attorneys.

Your Role :   As the Assistant Manager / Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our contact center team. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing hands-on supervisory assistance with appointment setting and initial

§  Compensation range $60,000 - $65,000, DOE
