Onsite 5 days per week; 8am to 5pm EST (Monday - Friday)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to work onsite with our utility client in downtown Indianapolis. This role involves manually transferring data between billing systems and requires a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Key

Perform manual data entry from one billing system to another

Manage a backlog of billing requests with varying daily volumes

Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks

Collaborate effectively with team members

Adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected daily changes

Work comfortably in a corporate office environment with regular executive presence

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable with monotonous, screen-heavy tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Prior experience with SAP or related ERP systems is a plus

Compensation

: $18 / hour to $22 / hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
