Pay Scale : Up to $40 per hour plus incentives. Depending On Experience

Position Summary : To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance

Primary Functions :

Executing quality HVAC installs

Excellent communication

Manage project timelines and work scope

Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized

Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the installation process

Explain the system to the homeowner once installed

Maintain a professional appearance

Required Qualifications :

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Two years of verifiable HVAC install experience required

EPA certified - or within 90 days of employment

Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies

Nate Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
