Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Admin / AP Clerk to join their team in California. This position is ideal for individuals who have a background in property management, real estate, or construction, and who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role involves a blend of accounts payable tasks and light administrative duties, with opportunities to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
• Perform light administrative duties to support the team.
• Utilize Sage 300 / Timberline software; experience in these is highly preferred.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.
• Apply knowledge of property management, real estate, or construction to enhance job performance.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Work Hours

This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with first shift hours.

Benefits

The role offers competitive compensation, with a pay range from $26 to $32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
