About The Position

Cath Lab Technologist

Dallas, TX

13 week contract

Responsibilities :

Perform cardiac cath, peripheral vascular, and / or EP studies

Assist with patient prep, draping, and room setup

Follow physician protocols and select appropriate equipment

Collaborate with intra-procedure team for safe patient care

Ensure compliance with Universal Protocol and site marking

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment

Train staff on special procedures equipment as needed

Identify and implement process improvements

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices

Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and accreditation standards

Job Requirements

Required Experience & Certifications :

1+ year in Special Procedures or Cath / EP – Required

ARRT or RCIS , ACLS , BLS

Active TX Medical Radiologic License – Required

Preferred :

ICU, ED, or Cath / EP Lab experience

Previous travel experience

Additional Requirements :

Active license at submission

Certs can be pending but must be willing to obtain

Disclose any prior Parkland employment

Required Certs :

RCIS, ARRT, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

State License : Texas
