JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Manager - IT Experience Design, you will be responsible for defining and executing the user experience strategy across Tiffany&Co.'s digital platforms, both back-end and front-end. You will build , manage and mentor a community of UX / UI designers, driving the design of intuitive, engaging experiences that embody the brand’s elegance.

Key Accountabilities

Team Leadership & UX Strategy

• Define and execute a user-centric UX strategy, ensuring seamless and engaging digital experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Digital, Retail, etc.) to align UX initiatives with business goals.
• Advocate for human-centered design, embedding UX best practices across Tiffany&Co.’s digital ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX / UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Plan and lead UX workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Use facilitation techniques to drive alignment, problem-solving, and co-creation.
• Engage stakeholders in user-centered methodologies, ensuring design decisions are informed by research and insights.
• Present UX strategies, research findings, and design recommendations to executive leadership and key partners.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $148,325- $174,500. The salary offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience
