Mon 03 : 00 PM - 02 : 00 AM

Fri 11 : 30 AM - 05 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity

Observe and report any security-related issues or suspicious activities encountered during patrols

Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed regarding security-related matters

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and / or checking identification as required

Support emergency preparedness and response efforts according to site-specific protocols

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
