Schedule : Monday-Thursday 7 : 30am-5 : 30pmwith night call, 24hr remote call coverage Fri-Sun

Job Setting : Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Center

Types of Cases : Hematology / Oncology; includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, RA injections, phlebotomies

Credentialing : 30 60 days Minimum Requirements

Board Certified Hematology and Oncology (preferred)

Certifications : CA DEA, BLS, ACLS

Licensure : Active California license required
