Job descriptionPerform structural design of various building projects Development of design documents, calculations, specifications, and construction administration Design structural systems of cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, masonry, and wood framing for a variety of healthcare, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, mixed-use, and institutional buildings Hybrid home / office-based work schedule Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options Paid Time Off and Holiday programs 401k Plan with immediate employee participation and a generous Company Match Paid parental leave Tuition and Professional Licensure / Certification Reimbursement program

Location : Brookfield, WI
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Master of Science degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
- Five (5) plus years of structural design experience including various building systems and materials
- Professional Engineer Licensure
- Illinois Structural Engineer Licensure
- Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs including RISA 3D and RAM Structural System
- Revit experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
