Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive, continual care to individuals and families through all life stages, from children to seniors.
  • Oversee chronic conditions, preventive care, acute issues, and mental health challenges through a patient-first mindset.
  • Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment protocols.
  • Work in tandem with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at improving quality and enhancing patient outcomes and service efficiency.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to manage precise and timely patient documentation.
  • Provide care in person and through telehealth options to meet patient preferences.
Educational Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Certifications
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Possession of (or eligibility for) an active medical license in Kansas.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
Attributes and Experience
  • Proficient diagnostic and clinical abilities, with a strong emphasis on preventive health practices.
