We are one of the fastest growing Great Clips franchisees in the San Antonio and Corpus Christi areas. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base + comm + productivity + tips). Last week our avg effective wage was $27.78 / hr. Some make more, some less, but no one earns less than $21 / hr. Free shears ($199 msrp) just for coming in for an interview. Hands on training and $300 signing bonus. Cosmetology or barbers license required.
