Job description

We are hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide Full-Time and Part Time high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment services to residents in long-term care facilities in : Boise, ID

Qualifications

Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)

Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS

Willing to travel to assigned Nursing Homes within the local area

Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems

Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff
