- Position Type : Locum tenens, PRN, part-time
- Healthcare Setting : In-home patient visits (travel required, up to 120 miles / day)
- Shifts : Minimum 4 full days / month; 5 shifts / week preferred; weekday and weekend options
- Shift Duration : 8-hour field days, flexible start times (7 : 00 or 8 : 00 AM)
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Kentucky Nurse Practitioner license (ANCC, AANP, or AACN Board Certification)At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience (new graduates not eligible)Accepted NP specialties : AGNP (Adult Geriatric Primary Care), FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner), ENP (Emergency Nurse Practitioner), ACNP (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner)Ability to travel independently to patient homes, including rural and underserved Franklin County, Kentucky areasStrong adaptability, communication, and documentation skills (same-day electronic submission required)Commitment to patient-centered care and flexibilityBusiness professional attire or dark-colored scrubs requiredMust provide own patient bag with basic medical tools (tablet, PPE, badge, and lab kits provided)Healthcare Responsibilities
