This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a global logistics leader known for connecting businesses to their customers through reliable freight and transportation solutions.

Shift: 1st shift, MondayFriday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Location: Transitioning from Pembroke Park to Medley, FL in January

Physical Requirements: Minimal lifting required

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day domestic shipments, ensuring accurate scheduling, routing, and timely deliveries
• Arrange transportation across air, truckload, LTL, and local modes, securing proof of deliveries (PODs)
• Communicate daily with customers, vendors, and agents to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
• Prepare and process shipment paperwork, cargo manifests, rate quotes, and freight releases
• Monitor and update shipment statuses, providing proactive updates to customers
• Support accounting, reporting, and compliance tasks in line with industry standards and regulations
• Assist in data entry, tariff management, and account maintenance
• Uphold safety and compliance standards, including FAA, TSA, and Hazmat protocols

What We're Looking For

• 23 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with logistics systems a plus
• Knowledge of TSA, C-TPAT, Hazmat, and compliance regulations
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry regulations
• Accurate typing and data entry skills
