The PowerOn Reliance Application Engineer will be an essential part of our team to grow the consulting practice in the Operational Technology and Real-Time Systems domain.

This role is required for the implementation of advanced SCADA and Power System applications. Application implementations include functional analysis (requirement traceability), documentation, configuration, test case drafting, testing, defect triaging and automation test (Katalon) support.

Responsibilities

• Performs applications configuration and tuning, performance, uptime, and health monitoring and security patching in support of Energy Management System (EMS) platform
• Execute validation tests, results analysis, defect analysis and triage
• Provides technical support and problem-solving capabilities
• Provides documentation on test and user procedures
• Analysis and update of functional and non-functional traceability matrix
• Ensures quality assurance standards and procedures are followed
• Implement technology solutions to optimize the effectiveness of the EMS platform, and help develop appropriate procedures for their implementation and operation
• Perform necessary technical corrective actions to restore failed or failing technical services on EMS platform
• Conduct code review, deployment, testing and monitoring of break / fix patches and modifications
• Ensure that the systems database is adequately sized and configured to support all remote field devices utilizing various protocols and calculated values
• Provide auditable documentation recording the changes on the Energy Management System platform delivered as part of support services
• Deliver weekly report detailing Energy Management System support deliverables completed during the reporting week

Compensation : In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation : Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $88,067.00 - USD $170,019.00 / Yr.
