Job description

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in West Bend, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift : 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

HIGHLIGHTS :

  • Minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing required
  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from NLC participating state required
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or AHA approved equivalent required
  • AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or AHA approved equivalent required
  • Cardiac Telemetry Care experience required
  • 12 hour nights, may float as needed, every other weekend
  • Associate's degree in nursing required
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

    • ADDITIONAL DETAILS :

  • Working with diverse patient population including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and any other patient needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment

    • MORE INFORMATION :

  • The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment
  • This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population
