What you'll be doing as a Warranty Administrative Assistant :
Receives phone calls and emails related to homeowner requests for service or general inquiriesForwards phone calls and emails to the Customer Service Manager for review, response, and considerationPrepares various documents and consolidates items in preparation for scheduled walk through datesUnder guidance of the Customer Service Manager, may provide support to schedule warranty service calls with homeownersPrepares weekly summary reports of warranty items using our database systemDistributes weekly summary reports following review and approval by the Customer Service ManagerMay be asked to provide additional support to other administrative areas as requiredProvides administrative support to the Warranty Manager with the goal of providing excellent customer serviceAvailable shifts :

Job requirements :
Minimum 3 years experience in office settingSelf starter, with great work ethicAbility to collaborate in group settingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Office, and willing to learn company systemsReady to take control of the way you work?
