Position Summary :

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist supports the HR function by managing day-to-day HR activities across multiple divisions. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, handling a broad range of HR responsibilities including onboarding, benefits, compliance, HRIS data management, and employee relations support. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Essential Functions :

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
• Assist in screening resumes for potential new hires, conducting phone screening, and supporting new employees through the onboarding process.
• Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Administer benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment, changes, and general questions.
• Support compliance efforts including FMLA, EEO-1, I-9 verification, and multi-state labor law requirements.
• Assist with employee relations documentation, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Support company-wide HR projects, engagement initiatives, and policy rollouts.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
