Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor records, and annual budget preparation
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve payment issues
• Process commission adjustments for sales staff with attention to accuracy
• Handle licensing and compliance tasks, such as applications, renewals, and updates
• Generate end-of-month reports (e.g., AP / AR, inventory)
• Provide general administrative support
