Job Description

We are hiring a Full-time Nurse Practitioner in the Buffalo, NY ( Erie County) area!

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications

Must be Vaccinated

Active, unencumbered RN and NP license in the state of practice

National board certification in adult, family or geriatric specialties(NP's)

Has an active DEA license

Current BLS for medical provider

Must have valid state driver license and automobile insurance

Strong computer skills with knowledge working in an Electronic Medical Records system

2+ years' experience in care of adult, chronically ill patients preferred

Must be willing to travel in 50-mile radius from primary residence
