About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative , you’ll be on the front lines of our sales and marketing efforts—engaging customers, representing our client partners, and driving results inside major retail locations. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by performance, and want a clear path for growth and advancement.
You’ll learn how to manage customer interactions, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our client accounts while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced leaders.
What You’ll Do :
Engage customers through face-to-face interactions in retail environments
Represent our client partners professionally and enthusiastically
Drive new customer acquisition and support account upgrades
Track individual performance and contribute to team sales goals
Deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience
Support expansion efforts across the St. Louis market
Collaborate with team members to exceed daily and weekly targets

Customer Acquisition
Build trust and convert interest into long-term customers through authentic conversations

Serve as a knowledgeable, approachable representative of a leading telecom brand
Account Growth
Help customers find plans and products that best fit their needs
Market Expansion
Assist with launching and growing new territories using proven systems and training

We’re Looking For Someone Who :
Has experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (preferred but not required)
Enjoys working face-to-face with people
Is goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Communicates clearly and confidently
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Is eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
(Retail, telecom, or territory sales experience is a plus, but not required.)
