Job descriptionInventory : Tracking inventory information, ensuring the warehouse has enough supplies, and maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies Orders : Ensuring order fulfillment, reviewing and verifying shipment orders, and examining orders for damage or incorrectness Deliveries : Coordinating deliveries, driver routes, and delivery loads, and scheduling arrivals when there's enough staff to handle unpacking Documentation : Filling out paperwork or providing documentation for each shipment Customer service : Providing order updates, responding to customer service requests, and handling replacements when incorrect goods arrive High volume phone calls & emails from external customers Provide excellent & be considerate to customers, drivers and staff Competitive salary Medical, RX, Dental, Vision Company provided Life / AD&D policy 401k / Roth with matching - no vesting schedule Paid holidays Paid Time Off
