MEP Superintendent (Tampa)

We are currently representing a leading commercial GC who are looking for a MEP Superintendent to work on large scale projects in the Tampa area.

The MEP Superintendent is responsible for the overall field planning, coordination, and supervision of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes of work. The primary goal is to ensure that all MEP systems are installed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, in accordance with the contract documents and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination and Management :

• Manage and coordinate all MEP subcontractors, vendors, and trades on-site.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the MEP critical path schedule, including coordinating equipment and material deliveries.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for completeness and constructability, coordinating with the design team to resolve discrepancies.
• Lead the MEP coordination process, including resolving clashes and conflicts identified in coordinated documents (e.g., BIM).
• Organize and conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors.
