A company is looking for a Service Network Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations of independent service provider accounts and grow the network
Recruit, train, and measure performance of service providers while maintaining relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and submit project requests to IT
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred but not mandatory
One to three years of experience in project and / or account management or similar roles
Experience in Supply Chain and / or Procurement is a plus
Strong knowledge of Project Management software and Sales CRMs (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
