Poppy Behavior Consulting is a BCBA owned and operated company. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in-homes, schools, daycares, and the community. The small size of Poppy Behavior allows the employees and the clients to receive high quality supervision and services. We are looking to add another dedicated therapist to the team and can't wait to meet you!

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and working directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day tasks include delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, maintaining detailed session notes, and communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Expertise in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
