Remote Accountant

A company is looking for an Accountant (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and enter accounting transactions, including A / P, A / R, payroll, and journal entries

Ensure financial records comply with GAAP and maintain accurate month-end and year-end closes

Support clients during their annual financial process with external audits and prepare financial statements

Required Qualifications

5 years of full charge bookkeeping or equivalent accounting experience

Full understanding of accrual accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP

Highly proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with accounting software systems

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a calm and professional manner

2-Year Degree required
