Talent Coordinator
As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting and HR operations, with a specific focus on finding clinical professionals . You'll be the engine that keeps our talent pipeline running smoothly, ensuring our recruiters and hiring managers have the support they need to find and hire the best talent.
Clinical Sourcing & Candidate Search : Actively source potential clinical candidates, such as behavior technicians, BCBAs, or other specialists, using platforms like LinkedIn, professional associations, and other networks. You'll identify qualified individuals for a variety of clinical roles and build a strong pipeline of talent.
Recruiting Administration : Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the recruiting process. This includes scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and managing candidate communication.
Email & Applicant Management : Organize and clean up recruiting-related emails, ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently. You'll help maintain a tidy and accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records up-to-date.
Job Posting & Maintenance : Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms. You'll also help ensure our open roles are accurately represented and promoted.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and administrative processes. Your ideas will help us create a more efficient and positive experience for both our team and our candidates.
Adaptable Responsibilities : As Finni Health grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for building teams and creating exceptional experiences. You are a proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Experience : 1-3 years of relevant administrative support or HR experience, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting . Experience with recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling for clinical roles is a strong plus.
Organizational Acumen : A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data. You are excellent at prioritizing tasks and can manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
Communication : Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Problem-Solving : You have a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues and are not afraid to tackle new challenges.
Tech Proficiency : Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and other collaboration tools. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), particularly Ashby , is a plus. You are comfortable learning new software and sourcing platforms.
