AT&T Customer Service Representative

We are rapidly expanding in the Austin area and we are looking for an ambitious individual to fill an AT&T Customer Service Team Member role as soon as possible. The AT&T Customer Service Team Member will focus primarily on lead acquisition and customer retention for our exclusive telecommunications client.

AT&T Customer Service Team Member Day-to-day Responsibilities :

• Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of AT&T’s overall marketing and development goals
• Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure we are representing AT&T professionally, providing the best service options for potential new customers, and leveraging AT&T’s reputation and reliability to drive sales
• Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and / or sales approach to potential new clients
• Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience
• Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
