Your role in our mission
- Participates in client / project meeting(s) for needs assessment and software system design review, taking client needs, security, scalability, and cost into account.
- Participates in business process work sessions, project meetings and joint applications development sessions to Ensures that system design decisions as well as risks and benefits are communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Understands and supports data integration and data warehouse solutions (REST API & MS Sql Server).
- Analyzes potential support tools and prepares supporting documentation for recommendation(s) to management and customers based on results of assessment of current and future performance, stability, and systems management / life cycle issues.
- Provides escalated technical support to customers by handling systems-related issues; may provide on-call technical support telephonically and / or electronically.
- Analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies and conducts testing to enhance performance.
- Conducts moderately complex projects or phases of significant projects; coordinates the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects.
- Applies advanced methods and research techniques and assists in the development, implementation and documentation of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standard business practices. Develops and implements training tools and documentation.
- Provides technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients.
- Provides work guidance to less experienced personnel.
What we're looking for
A combination of 4+ years education or experience working with SSIS, SSMS, third party software integration through various interface engines (ETL, Interface Integration), and Microsoft IIS, web APIs.3+ years experience or education in software development or technology support with web applications (C#, .NET, GIRA)Proven experience mentoring and training team members to improve teamwork and achieve better results, interfacing directly with clients to deliver excellent service, and spearheading various projects to enhance our services even further.What you should expect in this role
This position is 100% remote, the person will need to be available between 8 am 5 pm MT Monday Friday.They will need to work with technical and non-technical staff, support clients in critical system down scenarios, and ensure they are keeping others up-to-date of progress.Communication, teamwork, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges are all key to be successful in this position.Notes

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
